I greatly appreciate the ease and privacy of this method when I need something simple. I haven't always gotten what I needed from my people who I'm suppose to be seen by. The other thing is they assume certain things about me based on my sexual orientation which makes treatment from them uncomfortable. I also get faster service this way, too.
