Paid my money never got an consultation or nothing

I never received my prescription or my money back. This is a scam

I had a issue to were Walgreens where they sent my prescription was way over priced for meds. I was told by online doc to contact Bonsa Insurance if my pharmacy was to costly. I tried that and Bonsa stated that they never received the prescription. I have been trying to contact them by phone and e-mail with no response. Stay clear of this company unless they have better ways to contact them.

No customer service to reach,how I will contact with them?

I assumed I was going to get a chance to have a direct consultation with someone so I could explain what I wrote down on the form. I would have been a lot more detailed had I known I was not going to have any direct contact with someone. It also took them many many hours to get back to me and did so even after I tried to cancel the appointment.

I was encouraged by the good reviews I’d read about CallonDoc. I needed a prescription refill so I paid the $65 and did an online consult. I received an email stating if they determined not to give me a refill I’d get a complete refund. After an hour I received another email stating that my refill would be available for pick up at my local pharmacy. That was 24 hours ago. No refill, no response from CallonDoc, no refund. I’ve left voicemails, I’ve messaged, I’ve tried to get a response on the website. I would not recommend CallonDoc.

I never did have a visit with the doctor

Spent $80 to have the wrong medicine refilled and no answer when I tried to fix the problem. Don’t utilize this company.
