It is hard to summarize all that I love about Call-on-Doc. It is really nice that I don't have to make an appointment, wait a few weeks to get into that appointment and have to drive one hour both ways because we have no Dermatologists in my geographic area. I literally had my prescription to the pharmacy within 2 hours of initiating my online visit. The customer service is much better from Call-on-Doc than any other provider I have used over 5 decades. The list of services provided is comprehensive. I have used the services twice and both times have been extremely pleased.

Was able to obtain a prescription in the middle of the night for a very uncomfortable issue. Website is easy to navigate. Price is cheaper than urgent care with insurance. Would use again.

CallonDoc is the absolutely the best online provider. Their turnaround time is unmatched. I needed a prescription topical cream and did not want to get physically go to the doctor or be bothered with the whole process. The best decision I ever made! I needed a specific topical but I did not see where I could have requested it specifically during my online intake. My provider prescribed my a great topical and after receiving notification that my treatment plan was ready I was able to message my provider and team directly. I explained the topical that I was hoping to be prescribed and the wonderful response team immediately conveyed my concerns to the provider and I received the specific topical I needed. I had a wonderful experience and will keep using CallinDoc services!

Call on Doc is a wonderful service. They are fast and professional you literally get your prescription within a few hours. It saves the hassle of waiting in a long emergency room or Urgent Care.
