Horrible service, paid for an order, was told it would be sent, never sent, resulted in an ER visit.
I paid for and requested an order for a test. The order was said to be sent, but it never was. Even if they had sent it, they chose a random business in the area to send it to - not the hospital. But I called the business and they didn't receive the fax either. The appointment time came and because there is no order, I am not able to get this urgent test. I called and they hung up on me and when I called back they didn't answer. I texted and they refused to fax the order to the right number. Absolutely horrendous service. I asked for a refund since no order was sent and they refused to do that as well. Horrible service and a huge waste of time and now I have to go to the ER because of their ineptitude and deceptive practices.

Avoid this one
Usually when you are seeking treatment via telehealth, you are needing a prescription in a timely manner. That was not the case with callondoc.com. The customer service and communication is severely lacking.

Sent wrong gel to pharmacy to fill
Sent wrong gel to pharmacy to fill, and instead of correcting their mistakes and just giving me medicine I paid for they refuse. So not only do I lose money but still in pain and they don’t care at all. Bad customer service

This seems like a total scam to me
This seems like a total scam to me. All I needed was a medical note for work..filled out the info online & it said they'd process it within 2hrs. I did not know they would call from a "No Caller ID number". When they emailed me saying they tried to call, I briskly responded saying I was available and did not know I'd receive a call from no ID. I keep messaging them and they keep pushing my time back by HOURS. I've now waited 8hrs for a call back. EIGHT HOURS. Each time they said they'd call me during a specific time frame, they have not. I honestly would have rather gone to an urgent care than wait by the phone for 8 hours.. for a sick slip.

Upset with service received
Well I made an appointment to get checked for hypothyroidism. I paid 65 dollars to get two tests at labcorp the t4 and the TSH. Got nothing prescribed because they said the tests fall within range. I have hypothyroidism for sure. In the past I’ve never fallen within range. They only ordered me 2 of the tests out of all the tests that need to be taken. Not to mention I’m taking vitamins including biotin, which can affect the results. I told whoever that and the response was to stop taking vitamins and try the test again in a couple of months or to go to my personal doctor and have all the tests taken. I told them I’m the email before the canned bs response that I do not have insurance and why I used call on doc in the first place. I’m upset and I think that your company should have done all the tests etc. whatever. You took my money and I never even get to talk to an actual doctor to explain anything. Makes no sense. BTW I don’t have insurance because I’m self Employed. Thank for nothing.

Scam! Don’t give these people ur money.
CallonDoc doesn’t live up to its promise. I don’t recommend using them. I called them to inquire about their service and explained that I am looking for an order for an MRI or potentially more than one MRI imaging - all of which is on their specific list of orders that they write. I also explained that I live in NY state and the order has to come from a NY state practitioner as I do plan to use my insurance. The CallonDoc assured me that this was doable and no problem.
The first issue was that they called, emailed, and texted me at 930pm wanting to have an appointment then to go over the documentation that I filled out. I kindly explained that it’s not appropriate nor am I available at 930 at night to have a telehealth appointment. I thought this was very strange, not to mention very unprofessional.
Furthermore, once an appointment was made and I connected with one of their practitioners, things got even worse. The practitioner never actually read the medical paper that I filled out for him/her and told me that he’s not familiar with writing a script for an MRI and would write one for a CT. He further added that he can’t write something that he doesn’t know anything about even though this MRI was listed on the company’s detailed list of MRIs they write. I suggest they hire practitioners that are experienced enough or knowledgeable enough about the MRIs that their company says that they offer, if applicable to that person.
So, I asked that the practitioner write the partial order and to please have another practitioner reach out to me to discuss the MRI in question. He assured me that he will. Needless to say, no one has ever reached out to me. And, upon receiving the order, it is incorrect- not for what he told me he was writing. No diagnosis codes. And, the practitioner is a PA from TEXAS, not NY State as was promised.
In sum, this was not only a complete, dragged out waste of time, but also a complete waste of money. Not trustworthy, not professional, and not an honest or credible company.
