Well that was odd. I had conversations with someone who I later found out wasn't the doctor? I was told that I dont have what I am pretty sure that I have. I told them nevermind and then medication showed up to my pharmacy. Now I am arguing with someone(via text because no one answers the phone number) about how they did their part. Is still dont know what the doctors diagnosis is? I never spoke to or saw a doctor to my knowledge. Which means the person o am talking to, who is not the doctor, has my medical information?? Creepy and weird experience. The number that is texting me is an audio/video company. My last time using this for sure. Update: I just had s full blown argument with someone claiming to be a doctor. I was trying to explain that I dint feel like I have a diagnosis. She told me what I DONT have but didn't tell me anytjing else. Her stance is now that she sent medication to a pharmacy that my consultation is closed. The consultation that I never had? Ha Furthermore, I have never known a "doctor" in my life that would have a telephone slap fight with a patient over a billing issue. Greasy transaction. And I still don't know what I have?! Haha I dont believe that there are any doctors at Call on Doc......dont waste your time......or money. If you ask for your money back you get this..... "In the event that a customer files a chargeback and other payment dispute, they will be considered to be a violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action. A collection fee of not less than $150, in addition to any fees that may be imposed by the outside collection agency or its legal representation."

Have had a horrible experience with customer support. Really rude, unhelpful, and talked down to me. I was not aware of the subscription fees and nothing on my online profile showed any sort of subscription or additional costs, but my card was getting charged. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank, which I reversed once I found out that I was in fact signed up for a subscription (despite it not being reflected in my account). Customer support emailed me and threatened to charge me an additional fee for the dispute. Just a really bad situation. Had they had better customer support or an online account/profile that reflected ANY sort of fees or subscription information, none of this would have happened.

This company will sign you up for recurring charges with no record of your agreement. I just received a recurring charge for a refill subscription agreement that I have no record of via email nor is there anything on my online account indicating that I have a subscription that is active, the terms, or how to manage. When I asked them about this they lied about how many prescriptions I had picked up and said that I had filled twice as many as I actually had (despite me providing proof otherwise) and that due to they they’d give me no refill.

Just go to the clinic they charge u to get the medicine sent to them and u still have to pay for it again when you pick it up so f this place

If I could give zero stars I would! The process of making a virtual doctor’s appointment at Call on Doc is extremely easy and of course they very quickly take $49. A couple of hours later you’ll be messaged or emailed that you were seen, there’s a treatment plan, and to pick up your prescription. Now if the RX is not the right dose and duration you are completely and totally screwed! You cannot reach anyone by their posted phone number. Ever. You do not get any replies to the number THEY tell you to text, if there’s a problem with your prescription. And you guessed it, no answer to the email address you are told to email. Nor can your pharmacy reach them by any means, when the pharmacist questions the RX dose and duration! And yes this was during business hours! The pharmacist told me that “taking the antibiotic at such a low dose and for such a small of time could make my infection smolder, worse, and for me to reach out to them.” So my infection is getting worse. The useless, if not dangerous antibiotic prescription is still at the pharmacy. I’m out $49.00 and still need to see a doctor. I will be disputing the charges to the credit card as no service was provided. Stay away from these crooks. If they reach out to me and make good, I will change my review. Be aware Call on Doc removes negative reviews on their Facebook and they don’t help you there either!

I was just referred to go to a clinic and was not offered any alternatives for treatment. I paid 23 dollars for a referral so I am not satisfied. I found another service that was able to provide me with pills for my condition without an office visit.
