It was a quick, easy, helpful, and affordable process. I made my account Tuesday evening at around 7pm and my prescription was ready the next morning at 10:30 a.m. I've been struggling with this eye infection for a couple of months now and had gone to Target Optical but the eye physician there told me I had dry eye and gave no help other than to use Refresh or Systane eyedrops. I told her my concern was eye pain, headache, eye floaters, tearing, gritty feeling, etc. All the things that lined up with an eye infection I had been experiencing for 2 weeks prior to visiting Target Optical. But still, she didn't help me. Only said I had dry eye. So I spent close to $95 for nothing (cost of consultation plus eye drops). I used other remedies: dry eye eyedrops, similasin pink eye eyedrops, and hot compresses until Tuesday (Oct 12th) night when my eye got worse. I was fed up. And then I found Callondoc thru a Google search. They helped me get an antibiotic ointment for pink eye and now my eye has improved so much over the past couple of days. I'm so grateful for the help. They also recommended I see an eye doctor and I most certainly will when I can afford to. Oh and best part is their consultation only costs $39.99 and you pay for your prescription.
