Fast and Convenient! In less time than I could drive to the local doc in a box I completed the on-line form and headed to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine. No lines, no hanging around a waiting room, just convenience. When you are ill and not feeling good this convenience is really nice. I am a happy repeat patient too! Even while traveling CallonDoc can get you medication to a local pharmacy quickly. No reason to be sick ... so simple to take care of yourself.

I had a tremendously positive experience with CallonDoc. My son is in preschool, so we’re suffering through small colds just about every other week. Near the end of September, our entire family caught some kind of bug that really took us all down. We all tested negative for COVID multiple times, so it was just a nasty cold of some other kind. Fast forward a few weeks, we all recovered mostly, but my sinuses became much more irritated and I had a very bad postnasal drip. The coughing fits, throat irritation, and hoarse voice seemed endless. Otherwise I felt fine, so I knew it must’ve been a sinus infection at play. My husband and I both work demanding jobs, so it is hard for us to schedule doctors’ appointments normally. With delta variant surging in our area, I really wanted to avoid an urgent care waiting room! I was able to complete my CallonDoc consultation from my office at work, and within an hour, a prescription was sent to my local pharmacy. It’s seriously that easy and reliable. I did have a problem at the pharmacy with my insurance coverage, and the pharmacy requested that the doctor resend the prescription with a modification. I texted the number listed in my email from CallonDoc and they responded immediately to email them with additional info. I followed up with the requested information, and the prescription was fixed within 30 minutes. This was all happening in the evening hours (after 6pm), so they are super responsive. I’m a real person with a busy life and germ infested preschooler! This service has been a lifesaver for us, and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for making basic healthcare so efficient and affordable; my visit cost less than my urgent care copay through insurance. We will DEFINITELY use this again if the need arises.
