Good Morning Lono, thank you for providing us more information about your experience and I am sorry for the difficulties you have had so far-we are happy to help you get this sorted. During the consultation process the patient is asked to select their pharmacy of choice, I am sorry that the pharmacy you selected was closed when the prescription was ready-however, we are always happy to transfer this to another pharmacy to make sure you can get your prescription when you need it. Secondly, all of our emails are noted from our support that any additional information needed from a doctor to complete a patient's consult may result in your consultation taking more than our two hour turnaround times. We can help with a doctor note, but as your email stated it may take more than the traditional two hours.
