I give them one star because I can not give them ZERO. Paid $49 dollars to get a refill, as they state, instead of $39 and just one tube of 60 grams. They filled the prescription with a refill but 30grams each!! In other words I paid more ($49) for refills that amounted to the same as one consult at ($39) with one order of 60 grams. After fighting with them FOR EVER, they cancelled original order and never sent a new one. They tried to con me by now issuing a 30gram with a refill plus one 30 Grams without refill...that is 90grams total. When it was supposed to be one at 60 and a refill of 60 for a total of 120grams. I called them out AGAIN. they kept telling me the had spoken with the pharmacy and it was ready for pick up with the proper amount.... I called the pharmacy for the 5th time! And NO they had NOT received an order nor a phone call. SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'm still waiting....

Do not use this service! They charge you for automatic renewals and then won't automatically renew without extra appointments, etc. A complete joke and you can never speak to an actual human. Run, don't walk away from these shysters!

Absolutely brutal experience. They charged me for my visit, then left my status as "Pending" and "In Progress" for hours and hours. I was told someone would address my case within 1-2 hours. I contacted customer support, which asked for a two-hour window when they could call me. I provided it, but no one called. This happened with them once before. Communication is extremely poor at best.

These ppl are scammers. They messaged to say they’d like to prescribe otezla but to check with my insurance because it’s expensive. My insurance said it’s covered but only with a pre authorization from doctor. I told them this and asked multiple times if he’d do it and said if not I can’t take it. They danced around it and made it seem like he did until the meds were sent to pharmacy then they told me they wouldn’t do it and I should consider paying out of pocket. This med is like 4 thousand dollars. That’s more then I make in a month. So now I’m out my money with no help for my psoriasis. Totally fraudulent and it’s a shame they take advantage of ppl that are suffering from severe skin and joint pain just trying to get relief and live a normal life.. I’m disgusted. Can a company get any lower.

I'm writing this because I used this service with hopes that they can prescribed me the correct medication. I''m an adult Male thats been having this condition since I was an adolescent. I told the Doctor in the notes the exact dosage that I need to correct my eczema. They prescribed a weaker dosage that is not effective for my sin type. I have seasonal eczema and I was only trying to get help! I reached out to an agent by text and they told me that a doctor will follow up. However its been more than 10 hours since I have heard anything. Can you Somme please take a look into this. My name is Durrel Lowe.

I submitted a consultation request on 8/6/22 to Callon Doc. They immediately said I need lab work prior to them releasing any medication for the issue. I have asked for a lab request for the past 6 days, and I still do not have the lab request so that I can get the lab work executed. Each time I send a follow-up email they respond with a generic "we have escalated your request to our lab department." Ans then you hear nothing. Also, they sent me a treatment plan on 8/9/22, that is a BLANK document, no treatment place whatsoever in the documentation. I guess since they have received their payment they are not worried about holding up to their end of the deal. I have also tried calling customer service at 214-466-6618 and all I get is a voice mail. I will never use them again, and would not recommend their services.

I am writing this in hopes that call on doc notices me. I have tried calling, messaging and emailing and no answer. I currently have Covid and ordered an rx through them. It was sent to a closed oncology pharmacy, so my rx got automatically terminated. I still haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone. Customer service has been trash and impossible.

I completed my information for assessment 4 hours ago with no response. Called customer service and got a voice mail. Emailed them got an internal server error. Not happy!!
