This place sure made me feel like I was scammed. It was all automated without any human interaction. They took my money, and I thought they were going to connect me with a doctor. I never got to talk with a doctor. They completely ignored the symptoms that I entered. Then they sent me an automated email saying that I do not need treatment; do I have symptoms? What? I filled out a form with symptoms and sent in lab results to document them. I came away thinking that this is some marketing company without any actual doctors and that I gave out very personal information. Awful. Just awful.

Terrible service they have a no refund policy even if they are the ones to blame

Worst service or lack of service experience ever. Daughter never was taken care of after repeated texts and emails. Still waiting for a refund. Unexceptable.

9 hours no refund and no medication! Terrible!

I never received my test results and when I asked for them they sent me someone else’s medical records and then old test results and refused to give me a refund.

I was able to get a prescription called in very quickly. However when I got it I realized I was prescribed a medication dosage that is not the recommended CDC regimen. I emailed to ask about it and to request the correct prescription. I also left a voicemail—there’s no way to speak with an actual person and the phone message just says to email them. Almost 36 hours later I still haven’t received a response to my email. Instead I’ve had 5 hours of unhelpful text messages from different reps telling me I’ll hear from a provider. Nothing from anyone. It’s wild to be 48 hours out from my initial online consult and to still not have the appropriate medication. I’m not even sure what to do now because I need to begin these antibiotics right away and I have no idea when I’ll have an answer. It’s unacceptable to not be able to speak with someone and to have subpar text customer service when seeking medical care. I’d ask for a refund, but I can’t even imagine the nightmare it would be to get a response to that if they can’t even get my medication to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone use this service.

Treatment plan was completely blank! No diagnosis or medication. When I called it asked me to leave a message for customer service. Complete scam!

I highly recommend just using “ K Health “ for your online doctor. Not only is it cheaper, but a lot faster to getting your medication (same day) and customer service is a lot more helpful. I had a horrible experience with “ CallOnDoc “ I don’t recommend this online service to no one! Customer service is rude! MARIE actually told me in email “ We have spent time taking care of your medical needs which is time away from taking care of other patients. “
