Do not use this company for Paxlovid appointments! I ordered this morning after discovering I tested positive for Covid-19 the day after Christmas. They have not provided any contact or update outside of this canned away message: “ Hello, thank you for contacting Call On Doc. We are currently assisting other patients and are unable to take your call at this time. Please leave your name, and a brief message and we will get back to you in the order your message was received. If this is a medical emergency, please hang up and call 911. Goodbye!” I could have gone elsewhere or phoned in a favor from a physician in order to not have a bad case of Covid-19. Don’t make the mistake I made in trusting this company.

Filled out all of the information and paid YESTERDAY for a Covid 19 positive at home test. All I wanted was a consult and Rx for paxlovid!! Trying to get treatment quickly and avoid transmitting to others by getting out and going to urgent care. NO ONE responded until I left this review. Only after that did we receive the response to the review. And the response gives a phone number which no one answers. It’s a blanket response to the text. Still no prescription of contact from “call on doc” What a joke!!!!! My husband could have already been seen and started treatment yesterday if I hadn’t believed the marketing nonsense. Now another 2nd day has passed, call on doc took our money and my husband is sick and has delayed treatment. RIP OFF….and honestly: STILL MALpractice!! I will tell my sister who is a nurse to quit recommending this!!! That was the whole reason I used it in the first place. Super sad!! Someone has time to quickly respond to an online review, but no time to help a patient who filled out all the questionnaires and paid for the service already!!!

I've used them for years I have chronic sinusitis I pay out of pocket cash I left my prescription at an Airbnb in Portland Oregon and I live in California they stated that I needed to repay the $40 to get my script resent to the pharmacy whereas every other doctor will do it no problem these people are just in it for the money and not the Hippocratic Oath

I had a horrible experience too. I paid and sent the prescriptions I need a refill for and was sent 1 out of all them and was told only 4 refills at a time when the website says none of the sort. I paid 49.99 for a consultation only for "prescription refill" and been waiting the whole day, calling to be told to email them, emailing them to be told to call them and text them, and texting them to be told to "please email". no refund. no prescription refill. Total scam. Pharmacy closes in 1 hr. They are going downhill. You communicate with one person then another emails you or texts you and you start from scratch. A horrible waste of time and money. Stay away

Horrible scam. They’re lazy, can’t spell correctly, don’t write in proper English, and refuse to refund my money although they never ordered my lab tests as requested.

Total scam they charged my account and no one is helping me they are keep e mailing the same thing. THIS IS A SCAM !!!!! FEDERAL GOVERNMENT INVOLVEMENT NEEDED ASAP.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The customer service sucks. They want you to text them with issues, but give generic responses. I could not get my issues resolved with them.

Sent in wrong prescription with wrong quantity. I want a refund. I plan to file a complaint with the medical board in the state of the provider. Plus a internet complaint with the internet crime center, Its wrong to take money and not issue refunds when you don’t get what you paid for.
