Have not received my prescription even after 3 days, had to go to Emergengy Room. Ask for refund , no respond.

I have used this company multiple times in the past, I’ve recommended them highly to others but not anymore. I live in a rural area and getting into see my specialists is a wait as is getting my messages returned, Having a chronic illness, sometimes I need labwork done between appointments to cut down on the appointments. Callondoc filled that gap..until now. Their website has changed, I no longer could select other labs on the lab request page with insurance and write in my own LabCorp codes, there was no longer a spot for icd 10 codes so I had to use the more expensive consult to get my foot in the door just to be told they could not order the labs for me this time which I find strange since I’ve been previously told I could request any LabCorp test in their catalog as long as I had the codes for them to put into the electronic lab requisition form they sent in. I’m pretty angry that one of my favorite services has now been canned and I’ll have to look at alternatives to bridge the gap in the meantime. So unless you need one of their very standard lab tests, don’t bother anymore asking for anything else. They apparently have forgotten how to do a job they previously had the skills to do which is very unfortunate.

Never use again Waited over 12 hours - no response -- only responded when I asked for refund. Then they said they would expedite my request -- so I tried again -- 5 hours later no response. Finally asked for refund, again then I got a response. Unfortunately missed the window at this point for covid treatment. Got a refund will never use again. They did say heavy call volume but to go from 1-2 hour service to no service at all is more than heavy call volume...

I used this service 3 times in one day for my kids and husband. That’s $40 each. Okay so I spent a total of $120. I picked up the first 2 scripts but when I went to pick up the 3rd they said they didn’t have a script with my sons name and bday. There is no one call when wanting them to resend the script. You have to email and wait. Tell me why every single email back to me tells ne the script was sent and that I picked it up. NO I DIDNT. I have asked for my $40 back only on the script I DIDNT pick up. They refuse. They keep insisting they called the pharmacy and that I picked up. I didn’t fing pick up. I’ve called them 9 times and each time they say WE DONT HAVE A SCRIPT! These people suck!!!!!

I began the process at 0600. Got a response at 0800 req further info. I submitted the req info at 0820 and no response. I waited until 1030- still nothing so I went to an immediate care instead of this scam. I also have sent 3 emails requesting my $49.00 refund with no response. Don’t bother calling the number because the recording says they aren’t accepting calls or texts at this time. THIS SERVICE IS TRASH AND I WANT MY GUARANTEED REFUND!!!

I guess this is one of the best telehealth out there. Which is sad since the communication between doctors and customers is horrible. This is a great site if you never have an issue if you have problems it takes almost a week to refund money plus the multiple times you have to repeat yourself about what you want and don't want. I had been using them for almost 6month on same drug to have issue getting refills. To me this place has horrible communication with customers. I dont like getting charged money upfront and not have a resolution for almost a week. I will find a better place to give my money to every month.

three days after consultation still no response. Email, phone call, text, nothing can connect or contact. very bad experience

As a medical provider this service is something that is nearly always time sensitive. I submitted a request for my consultation over 24 hours ago now. Just after submitting it, I received an email asking for clarification on something. I responded right away, and since then, the only communication from them has been to let me know that they're experiencing high volume and my request is pending. For a medical service that guarantees care within 2 hours, this is useless. If they can't fulfill my request I'll need to pursue other options, and I've emailed letting them know that if they can't help me I'd like a refund, and still have yet to hear anything. I do not recommend them.
