This was probably the worse experience I've ever had online, they took half a day to get back with me, even when they "sent " the prescription the pharmacy kept saying they never received it from them...Then when you try to contact these unprofessional people it takes hours for a simple reply and the number to call DOES NOT WORK

Definitely a scam, prescribed Covid meds for a complaint with ZERO correlation with covid. I am a health care provider myself, and I definitely was scammed by this company, I don't know how they managed to get so many 5 star ratings. Too good to be true they definitely manipulating it. I would advise any one to stay clear, other alternatives on the market

Do not go through this company. I set up a subscription service and when my medication ran out I found out they did not send a new prescription to my pharmacy. Their customer service will not answer the phone or emails and THEY ARE STILL BILLING ME. I cant get anyone to answer so in fact, they are stealing and breaking the law. This company is run by literal thieves.

first time i used this service, great. now...horrible! I have a subscription plan and my refill request went through 1/3/24 didn't even get part of my prescription until 1/11/24. They didn't put through the other half of my prescription to make to sensors work. Absolutely impossible to get a response from them through call, email, text, message board.. they don't respond at all. $50 dollars and I still don't have what I need. look elsewhere.

I have tried working with them on a prescription also. Sent the first one 9-20-23 after that and they have received 3 payments on the subscription 3 month plan and have yet to get anything out of them but we are busy and delayed and will get with you when we can to just have patience. Lol really with medicine 💊 Find another place every one. This company is a joke after the first time you pay and you won't reach anyone by phone or email. The portal will only say be with you soon. Wow.

I've been with CallOnDoc for a couple of years and have always had great service until this current refill cycle. I have a subscription, they took my quarterly payment, and then nothing. They no longer answer the phone. If you send a text, you get a generic message about how busy they are and there may be a delay in filling prescriptions. Delays are OK when you order socks from Amazon, but they are not OK when it comes to medications. I sincerely hope this is temporary, but I can't recommend them right now.

This company basically allowed me to choose the medicine I wanted, which was fine with me, but I’m not sure medically how sound this practice is. When we tried to pick it up at Walgreens, they would not give us the prescription, because Callindoc did not include a prescription number. After numerous attempts to contact the company for that number, as I was suffering greatly with the flu, I had to get dressed, leave the house and go to a regular urgent care and get treated and pay that practice as well. They finally got back to me eight hours later after midnight, with some excuse saying that I would need to get the prescription number from Walgreens. This was too much work with 103 fever now they said since they rendered the service they don’t want to issue me a refund. Yes they might’ve done work, but there were no results and just as if I had a service that failed, I would fully expect to have to pay someone back. I am not happy with this company a bit .

I made an appointment and paid for a 3-month refill of my blood pressure prescription. I was told they would only give me one month until I took a blood test and then they would give me the remaining two months of the prescription. I said ok. The results of my blood test were ready on December 21st and I was told someone would contact me within 3 days to discuss the results. It has been over 3 weeks and no one has attempted to contact me. I reached out to customer service through phone text and email. No one will return my inquiries. I even paid for another appointment to hopefully discuss my lab results and get my medication refilled. The website says appointments usually have a turnaround time of 2 hours. This was 2 days ago. No attempt to contact me has been made. I'm about to do a chargeback on my credit card this feels a lot like fraud.
