I used to be a loyal long time customer…
I used to be a loyal long time customer of Call-On-Doc but I will never use them again and I want other people to know why. In June 2024 I paid $54.99 for a simple medication refill (Transaction ID 120491255384). In July 2026 I was charged $84.99 for the exact same service (Transaction ID txn_3Tyu0KE60AgweWrg1IKtgKWe). That is a $30 increase, more than 50 percent, for something that has not changed at all. They are still just a middleman between patients and doctors. Nothing about the actual service improved. Only the price went up. It is now cheaper for me to go see a real doctor in person than to use their platform. After I complained they sent a generic response claiming the increase was needed for “rising operational costs” and then tried to push their new subscription plans on me. Why would I pay a monthly fee on top of already inflated prices just to get a few so-called free visits? Their reply did not even address the specific numbers I gave them and felt like a copy-paste AI form letter. That kind of response shows exactly how little they take customer service and support seriously. They are clearly taking advantage of the loyal customers who supported them from the beginning. The greed is obvious. I am done with Call-On-Doc and I recommend everyone else stay away too. Or just pay over inflated pricing for basic services.

Hi CC, This is Kaye one of the support staff at Callondoc. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that our recent pricing changes left you feeling disappointed. We understand that seeing a higher price compared to a previous visit can be frustrating. As noted in your secure message thread, one of our support team members has already responded to your concerns and explained that our prescription refill consultation fees have been updated as part of our current pricing structure. These adjustments help support the ongoing costs of maintaining our telehealth platform, licensed provider network, patient support services, and continued access to care. We recognize that pricing is an important factor when choosing healthcare services, and we appreciate your perspective. While we strive to keep our services accessible and convenient, we also continue to evaluate ways to provide value for patients, including optional membership plans for those who use our services more frequently. If you have any additional questions or would like us to further review your concerns, please reply through your secure messaging board. Our team will be happy to continue assisting you there. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.
