Had ear infection on vacation and could not each my ENT. Urgent care had a 2+ hour wait. No appointment available with ENT in the area for several weeks. I filled out questionnaire with Callondoc and had antibiotics at the pharmacy in about an hour. They were a lifesaver!

This has been a bad winter for me health wise. I'm usually very healthy. I belong to a local neighborhood health center where routine care is given, however since Covid has impacted us, I feel we have no healthcare system at all. Day after day when you call, there are long waits only to be told no one can see you. The last time this happened, I knew I had a sinus infection. I used CallonDoc and was able to pick up an antibiotic at my pharmacy in the morning. And then a month later I'm hit with different symptoms. Once again I call my health center for three days and can't even get a telemed visit. When the symptoms got really bad, I once again turned to you.
