Website easy to use. Dashboard to view progress didn't really change to show progress and there was some glitches getting calls directed to me instead of my husband. When I did get in contact with an associate they were polite and helpful and resolved the issue quickly. The Doctor contacted me and we were able to discuss concerns and move forward to complete prescriptions. The coupons Callondoc sent me were valuable and helped me save a lot of money. The pharmacy received the orders promptly after doctor visit. I got my prescriptions filled and in my hands very quickly. Overall great experience. Thank you.

The doctor was great. We collaborated on a plan and he was kind. I didn’t really know what to expect, so it was very different than if I had gone to an urgent care. It probably took longer than urgent care. But, overall, way more convenient for being too sick to leave the house.

Communication was a little confusing at first, finally I opted for using their messaging system and they'd answer through email. They took good care of my situation. My whole process lasted about 24hrs until I finally got my scripts in pharmacy. Should be less if you know where to answer their emails and extra questions, I was a little lost. Overall a good experience.
