I had a little trouble receiving the call because they call from remote site so my phone has block for such calls as they are usually solicitors. But she was very thorough and gave me as much time as I needed. I didn’t get the answer I wanted as I was referred to my Primary Care Dr for further testing but I would most definitely use again & recommend anyone to use this service

I have used CallonDoc several times now and am pleased with their service. I had one hiccup with a prescription where the ER (extended-release) version of the prescription wasn't ordered but just the regular dosage. When I got back from my pharmacy, I contacted CallonDoc via email and explained what happened. Literally within 5 minutes I had a response from their team stating that they spoke to a pharmacist at my pharmacy and corrected the order! Now that's service!! I LOVE CallonDoc!! Easy to use site and care plan with prescription was returned quickly. One thing I would suggest is to add a place for patient to request liquid or capsules when applicable. The tablets I got were HUGE and got caught in my esophagus. The pharmacist could not change the the form of the med without a new prescription. So, even if there is not a specific question, I suggest you make a note if you have difficulty swallowing HUGE tablets.
