I thought they did a good job with everything except they miss a prescription that I need. I emailed them and had them send my script again and so far I've gotten everything I needed. Thank you Callondoc. I'll use you again.

I wanted a prescription refilled. Unfortunately, I took blurry pictures of an old bottle that was filled at a different pharmacy than the one I was currently requesting. Working through those hurdles took time, new pix, several emails and several phone calls. But the CallonDoc folks persisted and were able to send the script a day and a half later.

With Urgent care facilities and many online options overloaded mainly with COVID issues, CallonDoc was quick and easy to use and had results (prescription) in less than 1 hour from when I signed up. I think this is great for patients who have recurring issues such as sinus problems for example.
