Easy and convenient for minor issues... love it.

1st.. it didnt hurt to have a free "visit" for Father's day! I was travelling, going to a location to work overnight and then leaving in the morning from there to go home. I wanted to pick up a prescription before work and went through CallOnDoc for a really rapid visit and approval. Unfortunately, the pharmacy closed early..... i reached out to Customer Service via text! The agent "Anj" gathered my info and had the script transferred to my home pharmacy 90 miles away (a different store chain" ) in a matter of 10 minutes! UNBELIEVABLE!

Easy process, I had the lab results for +strep in hand and sent them with my medical background knowing my standard medical care wouldn't get back to me for several days if ever if I didn't go wait for hours at urgent care. I had the standard recommended treatment sent over to a nearby pharmacy in no time.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me get my prescription when no one else would help me. Unfortunately I can't get it filled until later today, so I will probably suffer with little to no sleep. Thank God it's only one night. I know where I can go now and get the help I need.
