I really like the format and interface of their process and the scripts were sent to the pharmacy right away. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I believe that with the symptoms I described the antibiotics should have been prescribed initially. However, they did send a script for them later in the day that I was able to get this morning after sending them an email reiterating the severity of my symptoms. Thank you

Gave me a treatment plan within the promised two hours. My only issue is that I never communicated directly with a PA, Doctor, Medical Assistant or Nurse.

I found this process fairly easy and my questions were answered by email in a prompt and helpful way. I would definitely recommend Call on Doc to anyone needing medication refills that does not have insurance or cannot make it to a Dr. appointment.

They are very prompt and efficient. Good customer service and willing to help. My only issue is if I’m sick for 5 days... why can’t I get a note for school/ work to say that I’m excused for 5 days. Its frustrating to worry about a note to keep your job / class attendance when you’re not well for more than 2 days. Please change that policy! Otherwise 5 stars.

I contacted My Dr. who is on limited hours due to covid & he didn't get back to me, so I contacted callondoc.com & placed my order. My Dr finally contacted me & sent in the prescriptions to cvs pharmacy. Callondoc had to resend the prescription, because first time didn't go through. At cvs, they both arrived same time. I paid for both, happily, because now I have another round, should I need it. I am satisfied with callondoc.com
