After I submitted a case, it took way more than 1-2 hours to get a response... like 4-5 hours. I had to reach out to customer service to get an update. I'd still use the service though due to the convenience it provides.

I would give a five star but I think the amount and days of steroids will not be enough. Probably will need a 5 day pack or enough pills to cover five days, this is from experience from past visits for severe allergies. Other than that the response was quick and was very affordable.
