Callondoc had me to do a quick intake consultation form that explained why I needed treatment, gave my medical history, and a chance to upload photos or files of any proof of previous treatment and/or prescriptions. Within 15 minutes I was receiving a phone call from the medical provider, who immediately sent my required prescriptions in to the pharmacy of my choosing. I was skeptical at first, however I ended up being really impressed with and extremely grateful for their services, professionalism, & speed of service and resolution. Within 30 minutes of signing up with Callondoc, start to finish, I was able to confirm with my pharmacy that they in fact did follow through with my treatment plan.

I’m an international student, spending a year studying in the US. I needed antibiotics and was unsure about how to go about getting a prescription for them here. I was unsure of this service, after reading reviews about similar providers but this process was perfect. I set up an account and answered their health questionnaire easily, and less than an hour later my prescription was at the pharmacy just up the road from me. Easiest process and great customer service. Would definitely use again and recommend to my international friends!

Great service and response time. I was out of town and suddenly developed UTI symptoms. I found this online Dr and gave it a try. I haven’t used this type of Dr before. I entered my information in the morning and had a response within an hour. I had the antibiotic by noon. It took longer for the pharmacy to fill the prescription than the Dr visit.

It was midnight Thanksgiving evening when my temperature rose and I could hardly breathe for five minutes. Immediately tested for Covid - positive. Took photo of test result which I knew would be needed. Went online to callondoc.com that my housemate had recommended after he was diagnosed a month earlier. I went through maybe 20 minutes of interview online and paid the $50. A medically trained person analyzed my information somewhere in the night, and by morning my pharmacy advised that Paxlovid and Albuterol respirator were available for pickup. Flawless!!! My housemate picked it up so within 16 hours I was taking meds, using the inhaler, feeling better over five day pill period, and recovered within 11 days. If I had consulted my primary care doctor, there would have been answering service: "please go to your nearest ER for emergency treatment". In my compromised condition, taking a taxi in the middle of the cold night to wait in an overloaded cold room to sit with other sick people, some coughing, it would have been most uncomfortable. They would not have Rx available regardless. I note that website had consultation for maybe 60? other conditions, and I would not hesitate to use them again. Medical care even in San Francisco can be difficult to access, with understaffing, insurance restrictions.On-line medical care is likely to expand. It makes sense.

I just had to answer a few questions about myself and right away my prescription was sent in to a pharmacy nearby, my insurance coved every bit of what i wanted I also felt safe while going through them! The consultant fee was worth it! THANK YOU!

Can’t say enough good things, I woke up in the middle of the night the day before Christmas Eve with an earache. I was dreading having to sit and wait at urgent care. I filled out my consult form and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy within an hour of them opening. Highly recommend for minor illnesses.

Ok, well I needed something for my bad tooth . Tried this for the first time yday. Im not tech savyso getting two pictures to them slowed up the process a bit. However, within 2 hours they said my script would be waitng at Kroger. So this morning I went down and picked it up, 5.00 bucks and out the door. Gota give it 5 stars, I had no issuse...

I cannot recommend them enough, a year ago I was exposed to a serious disease and no other doctors were willing to prescribe me with the proper prescription without me jumping through hoops. Thanks to Call on Doc I was able to get the prescription the same day, they LITERALLY saved me life. I still use them to this day for any needs, excellent service.
