First let me emphasize that I'm not a regular doctor-goer. I go when I need to. I do enough to keep tabs on myself that I am quite comfortable with that. I found CallonDoc after looking for a doc-in-the-box (ie: CVS) and was so dismayed at what I found there! Now there are only a few ailments that they will address - which mine was not one of those. So the site immediately referred me to a Plush Care, which seemed alright until I got to the price! With my old lady insurance, the bill could be as high as $290 for a virtual visit with a doc. Without insurance of any kind, the charge was going to $129.00 AND, you had to agree to sign up for their service at $19.99/month! Combined with the fact that I utilize antiquated technology, I would be forced to use my phone, which I'm not very good at. I scrapped that, decided I would wait until Monday to try to get an appointment with my PA. The symptoms of the UTI continued to wear on me, so I decided to look one more time and I found the CallonDoc site. I was a little apprehensive to begin with, but all it required was that I answer some questions, give the name of my pharmacy, and of course agree to the disclaimer and agree to see my primary care physician if symptom worsened. IT WAS ONLY $39.00! AND I had my Rx within 2 hours!!!! Just a simple antibiotic and it is working already! I cannot tell you just how happy I am with this site! I am not saying that there are not times when you need to see your primary care person, but for those times when you know or at least have an idea of what it is that's got you feeling less than 100%, this is the place to go. I didn't even mention that an appointment to see my primary care is $135 even with old lady insurance. Bookmark or save this site as a contact - it has been a very real benefit to me and I will use it again! I will also share it with others who are in the same situation/condition as I am! CallonDoc is the BEST for help right when you need it without breaking your budget!

Very Helpful and Timely Response Needed Antibiotics for a tooth infection at 1:00am on a Sunday morning and CallonDoc worked great for me. The most difficult part was trying to take a picture of the tooth and upload it. I had a response and prescription ready to pick up within 4 hours of submitting. Highly recommended for someone in a tight spot like me.

This was my first time using the service and I was referred by a friend. Filling out the information took awhile, but it was easy and the questions were relevant to my care. At the end I was given a list of medication and I like that I was able to choose the one that works best for me, along with some add-ons, like an inhaler or something for my cough. It was later in the evening so I worried that my prescription wouldn't be available until much later the next day since the pharmacy would be closing soon, but the pharmacy called almost first thing the next morning. A great experience overall and will definitely use again.

This service is legit! I answered the interactive questions. Paid the fee with my HSA, the correct perscription was sent to the pharmacy of my choice. I will use this service again. The process was completed in under 2 hours. Thank you.

Fast! By the following morning I already had two doses of amoxicillin! Saw an immediate improvement in my ears, decreased cough and phlegm in my cough.

Very fast and easy, especially after the initial process. They save all your previous answers. Only thing was i requested an increase in dosage and that wasn't addressed. But other than that, I've used them on holidays, Sundays, any time, any day and always have gotten what i needed on the same day at no extra cost

This app was really convenient. Much faster than physically going to a quick care place and cheaper. Thanks to the doctor who helped me. My eye is slowing getting better.
