It works great! I submitted a consult over the holiday weekend so they took 24 hrs to review my case but it's still better than making an appointment or going to urgent care! Got my medication w no issues. Wish I knew about this earlier!

They text me and let me know that my prescription was ready at CVS pharmacy. And that if they did not have that particular prescription where I could go to get it filled. I feel they went out of their way to assure me of any worries in case something went wrong.

Came down with Bronchitis. As it always happens, on a weekend. Contacted / filled out patient sheet with CallonDoc at 6:15 am and received a response at 6:38pm after having informed CallonDoc that my pharmacy closes at 4pm and won’t be open on Sunday. App notifications do not show on iPhone with notifications enabled. Was asked for alternate pharmacy but by the time I saw their question CallonDoc had already send prescription to my regular pharmacy where I can pickup my meds on Monday now 🤢🤧🤒

The detailed and open care that was shown in each part of the questionnaire. I really felt like I was in a doctor's office but at home. This company is doing very well at giving people the care they need as fast as possible. Very much satisfied with my entire experience and appreciate the care I have received.
