I was out of town on vacation with a sick child and I was able to get him antibiotics and healthy before getting home without having to drag him out to a walk in or hospital. Super grateful and will surely use again in the future if needed.

I woke up with symptoms of a sinus infection after a week of having a cold. Didn't have time with my work schedule to go to an urgent care to be seen. Requested a visit on Call-on-Doc and described the symptoms I was experiencing. Due to the holiday week, they were extremely busy but communicated they were running behind. It did take 8 hours from requesting my visit to the RX and Treatment Plan being sent, but I was still able to get this taken care of during work hours without having to sit at the Dr's office with other sick patients in a waiting room. What a great service this is. I've used this service before for a UTI, and they processed my visit, RX & treatment plan within 2 hrs. I understand the delay today with it being a holiday week - and so many colds and flu's passed at the holidays.
