I have used CallonDoc about 10x for simple things along with the most recent weight loss medication. I have never had an issue with the app, they give me a $20 credit on my birthday and have never had issues with the RX being sent to my pharmacy. I think these factors are related to the state you are in and the laws regarding telehealth possibly? The most recent visit was related to Wegovy. The RX was sent within a few hours, I made the appointment early Monday morning and that evening Kroger had it...The pharmacy was slow getting the Prior Authorization but for basic things like antibiotics and common colds the process is seamless. I use the website on my phone as I am not an app person so can't attest to the app quality.

This is a very easy app to navigate. I explained my symptoms and within an hour I was contacted by my pharmacy. Prescriptions are ready.. I also felt it was a reasonable fee rather than go to an urgent care and wait on a long line especially now during flu season.. I haven’t had the option to actually speak with the doctor, but if I needed to, I will next time. They were fairly prompt responding to my messages. I’ve tried other online doctors and this has been most successful. I saw some negative reviews but that must’ve been around very busy holiday time. Luckily I had a positive experience for the second time.

*** Update** even though I had to wait longer than I was told, when they finally did get to me it was immediately sent in and filled… they had a very high number of sick people this weekend…. So far not impressed …. Said it was a 2 hour process…. Which is why I picked them out of EVERY OTHER ONLINE DR. Spent over a week trying to get my actual Dr to refill my celexa …. Radio silence from them… the weekend was approaching and I told my Dr. I couldn’t go without it all weekend, that I do not like the way I feel and think off of it … so I tried this… took my money and not a word since 7:48 AM… Saturday …. 3 messages …. Not a word back The whole point was to not have to go the whole weekend as well… and it’s Sunday afternoon now … still nothing

Edit: Got it all worked out!!! I have been a client of Callondoc since I was 27 I'm 35. I've never had an issue or wait longer than maybe a few hours possibly at most. I paid over $200 for a prescription on 01/05 its now 1/08 and have messaged three times with no reply. Worried something may have happened but still a response would be nice. Will update once a response is given. Holding out hope their just extremely backlogged because I love callondoc man !
