I was a skeptic of using on-line health methods. This my first consultation with CallonDoc. Like any reputable healthcare organization - they asked about medications and health history questions. You do have to choose from a pre-defined list of conditions and symptoms to advance further in the on-line process. There is even a place to upload pictures associated with the area of complaint. Since my consultation was on New Year's Eve (day), I was wondering if I would actually get any resolution that day. It did take 5 hours; but, I was totally satisfied with the ability to pick up my prescription that day and experience relief within 15 minutes of taking the medicine. I will use this service again.

Experience was fine. I seriously needed relief from an ear infection and the meds prescribed are doing the job. I would use again.

It was great using this service and only reason I did not give a five is because the antibiotics have made me so sick . If I could name the antibiotic here I would - I will never use that garbage again because the side effects were frightening

I love that they ask for symptoms, what medication works best. And they send over a script.

They were able to help me pretty quickly. I needed to get my annual lab work and they processed my information and got my requisition quickly.

The process is easy and speedy with accurate diagnosis.

Was able to fill a script I needed within 24 hours of me first contacting them. They were a bit slow at responding, but it wasn’t emergent, and I had no issues with them filling what I needed. Would use this again, as it’s very convenient.
