This was easy to use it took several hours to get a response and my prescription sent to the pharmacy

This is a very quick, easy, and convenient way to get what you need. However, I have gotten a few promo codes in email updates and not able to use any of them. I feel like there is a lot of info/restrictions left out when sending these. If it's for first time users, then why do I get these in an email intended for return users? A little misleading. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Initial information was extremely easy to share and received a call from a very helpful and informative doctor afterwards. There was an issue with getting the prescription transferred to a different location, communication post doctor call was difficult or I would of given five stars.

This was a pretty painless experience and cost as much as I would’ve had to pay at the doctor. And I didn’t have to go hang out with sick people for 2 hours in an urgent care.

I filled out the online screening. Thought I had strep throat but it was covid. Tested positive today.

I failed to mention that I typically get a steroid with my z-pack. Will I need to request another prescription?

My husband tested positive for Covid and needed medicine to deal with the symptoms. Getting the prescription was fast and easy, even at 3am in the morning. We had to wait for the pharmacy to open and fill it, of course. I still value in-person visits and the human connection. The doctor didn’t ask any questions or leave any comments. But considering the circumstances and how incredibly busy healthcare professionals are, this is a great alternative when you know already what’s wrong and just need the medicine.
