My original 3-Star post is below. But I changed it to 5 once they read the comment/complain and rectified my issue within minutes : I’ve used Call On Doc many times (once a month for a regular medication and once every 3-6 months for a 90 day supply plus a refill, and the platform is always quick and easy. Always given 5 stars. However, this time, I don’t feel they read my additional notes/requesting for a refill. I use this service for daily routine medications I take. On my most recent “visit” today in early afternoon I requested a 90 day supply with 1 refill. I received the same quick turn around time as I’m accustomed to using this service, but my Rx didn’t come with a refill as it has before in the past. Which is disappointing. Every time I’ve asked for a refill option, It’s been granted. I feel like my request was overlooked. So, now I have to pay an extra $15 next time in 3 months versus 6 months like I am used to. I’m on a fixed income, and every little bit helps. I feel like they just want my extra money when I run out and have to request again. Upon review, they actually sent me a note in my chart saying they usually don’t do a refill on 90 day prescriptions. However, after looking in my own records, I saw they have refilled it with 1 refill. Almost immediately after I submitted my 3 star review, I was personally contacted by Call On Doc within minutes on the phone explaining they had made a mistake, and after reviewing my files, and they had already contacted by pharmacist to,’who they used by name (David at HEB in McKinney who is Great’) which was a nice touch, to add another 90 day refill!! I felt heard and so valued as a customer that my issue/complaint was resolved so quickly and professionally. So, 5 stars it is now. I sincerely thank all who look over my file again, reached out with good news, dnd resolved my complaint. Thank you for not just simply saying sorry back in my message board. But actually picking up the phone and reflecting it my dashboard that had already resolve. Now, well deserving of the 5 stars….6 I’d I could based on hw the complaint was issued!! Thanks again!!

My first time using this service and I was very impressed and amazed with how easy the process was also, I had a prescription for an antibiotic and I accidentally knocked it over, the staff responded fast and gave new prescription, best service I have ever had
