Horrible experience
I asked for prednisone for my sinus infections. They did not order it. I had paid for the subscription, but I am cancelling it. I am miserable tonight because they didn’t call it in. I have been a registered nurse for 30 years. I will have to miss work tomorrow to go see my primary to get prednisone.
Response from CallonDocSep 21, 2026
HI DJM,
My name is Rosh, one of the support staff here at Call-on-Doc.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must be to be dealing with sinus symptoms, especially when you were expecting a specific treatment and are now concerned about having to miss work to see your primary care provider.
We understand that you requested prednisone, but medication decisions are ultimately based on the medical provider’s clinical assessment and the information available during the consultation. We’re sorry that the treatment provided did not meet your expectations or address your concerns in the way you had hoped.
We also understand your frustration as a subscriber and regret that this experience has led you to consider cancelling your membership.

Just got wrong doctor
Just got wrong doctor, I suppose. Soon as I filled. Out my forms I had a doctor. Never had a visit so fast, would of been okay but they ordered me a bunch of otc meds, that I had at home and was using, just needed a antibiotic, unfortunately never got that medicine, still waiting but after work i felt like death and went to hospital got the antibiotics, now im demanding a refund, not sure if i will use this platform again, depends on the refund and the way I was treated that I doubt I do again. If I could screenshot my profile I would but it’s not letting me, I’m certainly a customer so please let’s not act like I’m not

Extremely poor experience with delayed times
It was a time consuming process. It took multiple messages and way too much effort to get a simple CT ordered. The process took multiple days. It would have been easier to schedule a telehealth appointment with my PCP.
They asked me way too many questions which required extensive detailed responses. We are talking about writing multiple paragraphs of information. The amount of information that the service requested was absurd.
I didn't receive any information for at least 24 hours, despite the quick turnaround that Call on Doc states. It really shouldn't be that hard of a process and they made the process painful and long. I pay you the $ and then I should receive an order.
I definitely would not use the service again.

I have been prescribed 800mg acyclovir…
I have been prescribed 800mg acyclovir for many years. My last two visits to get my prescription updated the doctor's have cut my dosage to 400 mg. My medical records show the history and correct dosage and on this last visit I even mentioned it up front. It's not that hard to look at the history and get it right.

Pill Mill. Just Drugs. No explanation, no follow-up.
EDIT: Call-On-Doc is attempting to remove my review claiming “they cannot locate my account” with the information provided - despite my name and email address matching exactly. This is a disgusting and dishonest attempt to censor my review and experience.
After visiting urgent care just a few days ago, I reached out to this service as a last-ditch effort. I’ve been struggling for serious medical condition and was recently prescribed medications at an urgent care that have not at all improved my condition. After giving a thorough medical history, answering many questions (in great deatail), uploading images, and uploading medical documentation, I received a prompt treatment plan. The company prescribed me three different medications and told me how to use them but gave me absolutely no explanation or medical notes. They did not tell me whether or not I should discontinue the medication I’m currently taking, what the explanation for the new prescriptions were, or any follow up steps. I immediately messaged back and asked if I should discontinue my current medications before adding the renew medications they prescribed. They said they would get back to me shortly, but after no response I messaged them three separate times over the span of five hours with no response. It should be illegal for this company to prescribe medication.

Purchased a plan in May 2025
Purchased a plan in May 2025. My bank account was hacked and then the bank denied the charge that was on auto payment for over a year. Call on Doc cancelled my account with the account having a $40.00 credit. Billing support gave me different information than what the last communication stated. So I was placed in a position of being told that the account I had was no longer available and the accounts that are available for me now cost much more. I paid for the account for over a year - used one time but I continued to pay for it. I had the account on myself and my son. So now here I sit with a son with his face swollen so much his eye is closed and unless I agree to pay the much higher price he doesn’t get treatment and he is laying ing and crying because the dental pain is unbearable. I don’t understand why they want me to now pay for a plan that provides 2 visits a month when I have used it one time in over a year seems unreasonable to me.

This company is not safe
This company is dangerous. One they’ve taken money for a subscription I didn’t have on numerous occasions but worse they do not prescribe adequate doses of antibiotics or even standard protocols leaving the patient in dire condition after treatment. For a complicated UTI giving one a day of 250mg Keflex is nuts and won’t do anything. I also believe they’re using other people’s DEA numbers. Why does it say Bianca is my medical provider online but Michael Agus prescribed it. Please be careful with this company your health isn’t be considered.
In responded to call on doc:
The deflection here is wild the issue is that prescribing adequate antibiotics is very important for patients. When your provider gives inappropriate doses of antibiotics for ANY UTI what happens is that it kills the weak bacteria and leaves the strong to survive. That can lead to sepsis for a patient which can be fatal. There are first line drugs for reasons, and proper treatment for reasons. As for allergies that’s not an issue so? The issue is what I stated. Since you want to go there I guess we will, but you guys also did not call in anything. I understand you state I have two profiles with CVS but can you explain then why you guys were able to cancel the Bactrim DS once a day? How was my profile found to that if my two profiles were causing confusion. There was no script there because you called it in then canceled it. When I called out the inappropriate duration is when my got canceled I was told I was getting Keflex after once a day which I once again stated that’s not appropriate 250mg of Keflex for uti is a BID script which then I was told was being called in. It wasn’t called in but feel free to email you and I’ll send you the proof that it was not called in because there was ZERO script under my name there only a cancelled one which I got in writing from CVS. My issue is clear though. Just prescribe proper duration of antibiotics so know one ends up sicker

Hi Marni,
My name is Rosh, one of the support staff here at Call-on-Doc. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please know that our providers rely on the medical history and allergy details provided on the initial intake form—where no drug allergies were listed—the first medication was selected based on that information. As soon as you notified us of your sulfa allergy, our team immediately updated your prescription. As per our medical provider, the new prescription was written for standard UTI care at 500 mg twice daily for a full 7-day course
Regarding the provider information you mentioned, Dr. Michael Argus, he is not affiliated with CallonDoc, meaning any medication or record under his name came from an outside medical group.
We contacted your chosen pharmacy and spoke with Anoosha, who confirmed that they received your new prescription and that it is ready for pickup.
We also informed her that you received a notification stating that the pharmacy had not received the prescription. Anoosha explained that the pharmacy has two profiles under your name—which may have caused a delay in locating your prescription.
We asked if the profiles could be merged to help prevent similar issues in the future, and she advised that their team will work on this.
You may contact the pharmacy directly and look for Anoosha to confirm the prescription status and verify your information with them. When speaking with the pharmacy, please provide the same name, date of birth, address, and phone number that you entered on your Call-On-Doc consultation form to help ensure they locate the correct profile.
Thank you again for your patience, we genuinely appreciate your input and the opportunity to improve.
