Ability to chat with someone to confirm what I needed. Because of the different types of services offered, I needed to confirm I could order just the medication I needed to quit smoking. I did not need a diagnosis nor other therapy subscription that some medications require. Fortunately, a support rep could confirm what I need and I was able to complete the requirements and pickup my medication from a local distributor. Quality service without upsell is hard to find these days. CallonDoc is excellent.
