It was a convenience but after a solid week you still do not answer the phones. Because of that I went a week without treatment. I was very off set by this and will probably seek another company to work with me with any future ailments

The site was easy to use, however I had to call after 20 hours of my case being in process mode. They claimed it was a glitch in the system and quickly sent my prescription in. I lost a day of the medication working to correct my issue but overall I would use again with follow up after a few hours if not done processing.

Very easy and convenient to get a prescription. However the communication could be improved quite a bit. It's been hard to get any follow up questions answered, because they don't really listen to what I'm actually asking, and each time I respond it seems like I'm getting a different person.

The dashboard showed pending for several hours..I finally called later in the day where I was on hold for 10 minutes..never spoke to anyone..I feel like there needs to b more information update..I also find the site difficult to navigate..to find out what prescriptions were being called in..

Essentially, I got a prescription for my issue but I didn't get to have the conversation with a doctor. I thought I was going to get a dermatologist but it was a PA, which I didn't even find out who my provider was until I picked up my medication. It seemed rushed and I wanted my provider to fully understand the extent of my issue and have a conversation but instead they just threw medications at me with no further instructions. I would have liked some more feedback, "discharge instructions" if you will. Overall, I'm happy I was prescribed something but I would have liked a little more provider/patient interaction to know that I'm being cared for and understood and not just pushed out the door.
