They was a little slow getting my prescription. But other than that great experience.

It was good until I needed a prescription for my daughter. The app asks for the information but at the end when you are reviewing it doesn’t show for whom the prescription is for. It should be changed to show who the patient is. It slowed the process because it required more back and forth when it could have been handled right there and then. Other that, what a great service.

It's was easy...the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I asked for a particular depression medication that helps with my hot flashes, and it's obvious they didn't read my comments on my charts because the gave me a different medication....and that's the whole reason why I went to callondoc🤷🏼‍♀️

Everything was good but my primary doctor does not want me to take Paxlovid . Is there a possibility to get a refund of the fee of 39.99. It would be greatly appreciated .

Overall a TERRIFIC experience!! Pharmacy only has one of my two prescriptions so I had to contact Dr again, but was resolved Very quickly!
