super convenient and easy. i even had to switch pharmacies due to drug availability. however, it was a little confusing in some ways. typically when you get a short term med, they say "take it from this day to this day" "you're allowed to do this but not that". so that was missing from my experience and therefore wasn't exactly sure how to proceed but still helpful none the less

Three hours, now, since they took my money, and I am doing this to pass the time while I wait to hear from a doc.

I got the proper prescription in the end, I'm feeling a lot better 24 hours later. My issue stopping me from providing the 5 star was the process. It was my understanding I'd be doing a consultation with a doctor, that never happened, which is fine but that was never expressed to me just email communication back and forth. Some of it was copy and pasted and often didn't answer my questions, and the website advertised 1-2 hours.. I filled out the form at 2 and my prescription was finally written out at 7:05 because I'd messaged a few times my pharmacy would closed shortly which was able to be filled minutes before closing. Last time I had strep I had trouble breathing and wasn't able to eat or drink so I was anxious to get started on antibiotics, and being the 23rd I wanted to see my family Christmas eve per our Christmas tradition... So in the end, I'd do it again now that I know more of what to expect. I would just leave my feedback that the process could be a lot more transparent.

It is a great idea. But it says 1-2 hour then you get results. My results was a Dr saying he emailed me for more information, never received it (still). Then when you contact them? It still took 3 emails(in a 4 hr span) before I finally got a response to the first one. Then 8 hrs later, he sends a script for the most expensive brand(not generic). I finally got the antibiotics, and still think it’s a great idea. But there should be some protocol to talk to each other. Maybe an involved chat like in your phone company?

I have a two rashes on my face (different type it seems) I found Call on Doc and decides to try it. It was simple enough. Made a payment and I was expecting a call from a doctor but I got an email saying that I had a prescription available. The negative is that the website didn't let me upload the picture of the second rash on my eye, which would have helped tremendously so I don't have to call in again. I just picked up my cream and am crossing my fingers it works. I don't want to call again and pay for another image upload. :(

I was hoping to have an actual consult with a doctor. The specific medication I wanted wasn’t on the list. That was probably my fault for not reading the fine print though.

Everything was straight forward, I would had given a 5 star except that I could only get one prescription for pain but I also needed a prescription to reduce the swelling and that was not an option, to get more than one prescription I guess you would have to pay for another consultation to get the second medicine.
