Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. The system is voice-activate so you will need to say "Hello" or some type of greeting when you answer the call. This will allow our system to know that you are live person and to release the message right away. If the system doesn't "hear" this then it will think you are an answering machine and wait for the answering machine greeting to finish and then release the message. Please reach out to our Client Care Excellence team and we can review these deliveries within 5 days of your last call.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. The text to speech option does have a more computerized voice. However, you do have the option to use your own voice. We recommend using your own voice as it sounds most natural and is more personal. We understand that this is not always an option so the automated voice is the choice for those circumstances.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. In April 2019, we did update our pricing to allow for Pay As You Go credits to have an increased message length of 60 seconds.
