I've been using Calling Post for about twenty years-- I first starting using it as a new Scoutmaster, then at church-- and at the Civil Air Patrol. It's a service I've come to depend upon, and those on the receiving end of the calls are most appreciative of getting timely information. I can't tell you how many times I've heard from those that receive the information as well as those who use it to send out information, "Thanks for setting that up! It's GREAT!"

This is the best way to get out your message. Many older people do not have email that is checked every day or text on their phone. But everyone has a phone and even if they can't answer it immediately it will always leave a message.
