Great service. The web browser interface is good but is not as intuitive as it could be, and the tool to create the body of an email is way overdone and not Intuitive. The android app is much smoother and easier to work. It's biggest shortcut is it doesn't allow the selection of more than one group to receive a message.

Thank you for your feedback. We will certainly look at trying to make things easier. We do realize that making the email templates can be more difficult and hoped that what we had would be of great benefit. We also appreciate the feedback on the app. You can login on the mobile we and choose to send to multiple groups.

I love CallingPost, however, I do not care for the repeats in the greetings. Ex. Hello, this is a calling post from..... hello, this is a calling post from....

Thank you for your review. We really appreciate it. Since our system is voice-activate so you will need to say "Hello" or some type of greeting when you answer the call. This will allow our system to know that you are live person and to release the message right away. If the system doesnt "hear" this then it will think you are an answering machine. At that point it may restart the message because it is trying to determine when to leave the message. The best way to keep this from happening is simply to answer with "Hello". For the most part I haven’t any problems-just when it transcribes it can’t get all The sentences correctly!

We have some glitches at times with messages being incomplete, but overall this is a great service at a great price. We appreciate the convenience of being able to contact our entire church family or different groups within it quickly and efficiently.
