Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. We apologize that your members are having issues with their messages being cut off. There are several reasons this could be happening. The best way for us to determine what why your members are getting their message cut off is to contact our Customer Care team, within 5 days of your message being sent, at 877-665-5646 Monday - Friday 8 AM - 8 pm EST with the names of the members who are getting their message cut off. This way we can definitely tell you what happened and how it can be resolved.
