i had issued with sonetal , not able to dial extensions on dial pad once cal was connected... was frustrating so i tried call hippo their cust service was on chat was able through out process , nisarg was present and i was able to purchase 2 numbers.. he suggested the plan to suit my requirement all outbound calls and i purchased and all went smooth and fast! their desktop interface is very cool... no clutter... and dialer call connect and extension dialing was great... so all went well thanks

We have been using CallHippo for our sales and customer support. Everything works as we have planned. CallHippo's virtual phone system is very flexible and offers great convenience to add or remove agents. As the dashboard is very simple and easy to use and understand, it becomes very very easy for our new agents to get familiar with the system.

Going back and forth with a bunch of different business phone systems on the web, CallHippo was the best one in my experience. Not only are the staff available 24/7 and eager to help, but the features and app are very friend and easy to use. Prices are also affordable with credit and plans flexible. Lastly, there is a wide selection of numbers to choose from, i also like a large selection!
