I wanted to post my review because I liked and am satisfied with the service Callhippo gave me with the purchase of the Uk number. The customer service i.e. support welcomed me well and even offered me a discount on my purchase; that's nice! it's great! and afterwards VIJAY in relay came to reassure me about the validation of my number and in a few minutes my number is verified. I thought I would suffer being a bit more French speaking but VIJAY and his colleague made it easier for me. good job!

Jintu was so helpful and I appreciated his effort a lot. He solved my problem with invoices and billings stuff in one moment ;)

I would like to thanks Mr Amit who was an Onboarding Manager of my Callhippo account and was so much responsive to every single query raised to him. He trained my users well and Callhippo'o services were excellent when we used it. we got prompt response whenever needed. The whole experience was great so far and i would recommend CallHippo and Amit to everyone.

I spoke with Hazra regarding the recent issue that I was facing with one of my users. She was very helpful and have strong expertise. She helped me with useful links and videos to help me troubleshoot the issue. She was patient as well because I got back to her thrice over a period of 2 hours and she was always ready to help and was available till the issue was resolved.

Its been more than 2 years me and my team are using call hippo. Everytime we face any issue or we need any support callhippo team is always on their toes. Thank you for your support team call hippo and special thanks to Hazra who resolved my query today.
