I work in an environment where i have to be spontaneous and be into continuous redirection of calls to different departments as per customer's needs and responses, have to deal with inbound and outbound calls from north america and Australia. Call hippo helped me alot to reduce my work load and made my work go in a smooth pace though i used it for just a month but i feel that it is pretty much a good application for making international dialings as this application offered me working for in and outbond calls. I would surely recommend "manushi" as she was the one who got me into this and it is a for sure recommendable application.

Onboarding was done by Amit. It was smooth and very professional. He use to keep regular follow-ups and shared response on time. Just one thing needs attention, whatever technical changes suggested as per business requirement should be quick.

Very nice support post sales too, firstly the onboarding done by Priyankaa was excellent , flawless and quick starting from demo to purchase, post which we had some custom changes to be done and which was taking more than expected time, but all the times when i was following up, with out any issue got good support from Sahil and Bhavin, and last but not the least, my issues werent resolved and had new issues or rather i thought they were issues and Hazra did a fantastic job helping and navigating and sort things out,. I would generally give a 5 star for these but, i am a new user so probably post sometime with the association i can update on the last star.
