Expensive, not built for AU and their customer service still hasnt got back to me. I signed up with this company and within the first month I was charged >$150 for calls as a small business and low call traffic. Its a really expensive solution. Once I cancelled they continued to take payment, actually cancelling doesnt cancel - it goes through to a resolution team meanwhile the account is still active and things were renewing / taking payments. They have still not replied to my emails confirming cancellation.

The ammount of their own BOT accounts used to advertise themselves in here, with all those SAME typing mistakes on all their BOT accounts that have 1 review each, speaks for itself. AVOID.

Their prices are low but hidden fees are high. Their sales team are great at sales however are not completely transparent. Their customer service team use the same automated reply for everything and do not actually help. I did a couple of calls to check the system out. No one else had the number. I spend max 2 minutes calling them. I was charged 15 minutes of calls. I had the silver package. It has taken me hours each day to prove their sales team lied and get a refund. I have been told constantly that my refund will be processed in 12 to 24 hours.This was almost a month ago. Stay away from them unless you are happy to throw money away and deal with extremely poor service.

Website is totally buggy. I took monthly plan via paypal and it said payment failed (when it did not) and I just selected annual plan and thats it. Next second I know is money is gone twice for my monthly plan and annual plan. The site did not even ask my confirmation I ended up paying twice and now they are not paying my money back. They are saying its huge money and will pay partly now. Atrocious ! Please don't go for this site. You don't want to compromise your card or personal details either working on this buggy site and lose your money.

Recently ended my account with Call Hippo after 2 months of hassle and errors. The application/dialer they give you was cutting out on iPhone every call after 10minutes. Every call. We contacted support and 1 month later (and an monthly account fee) we were told that it wasn't possible to rectify the issue. In the end we paid over 100 (including call credits) and we couldn't use the service. No refund given (not even for the unused call credits) and we didn't use the service for over 1 month while we waited for a promised fix. But nothing. Just took the money for another month a few days ago!! We've had enough of this scam and cancelled. Very very poor company based out of India that has a broken service. Avoid. Edit: As you can see below, it took them over 1 year to reply to my feedback here. They never contacted me to resolve my problems. Terrible customer service. Oh, and still no reembirsement for the money we wasted with them. A clueless company.

I have tried many times to sign in but I didn't receive the verification code either by the SMS or the Call. I removed the app, restart my phone, and called the service provider but ALL are in vain. Please, help me, but did't provide me any solution !!
