poor poor!!!!!! please don't use them they are the worst VoIP service provider I came across so far. Every day you have to explain your case to a new person I spoke with Mohit, Jayesh, Chandrak, and Manish. I have explained my case to all of them and whenever I want to call back to get in touch with one of them they are on off or on leaves. initially, I was offered a good deal by jayesh, later when I got in touch to make it final, Mohit attended me and raised the quotation for exactly the same services. still, I decided to go ahead. But Since I made the payment I am trying to reach Mohit and Jayesh none of them is coming online to attend to me. Yesterday I had a word with Chandrak about some issue, and I didn't find him helpful at all. they Are just a bunch of crooks. As soon as they have your money they will go on leaves

STAY FAR AWAY! Trust me, you do NOT want to do business with Call Hippo! I too saw the bad reviews, but overlooked them because of the positive reviews that were listed at the time. It appears many were FAKE and have since been removed, hence the current low rating. DON'T make the mistake I did - TRUST these bad reviews. Call Hippo is an AWFUL service. -Bad Call Quality - I mean TERRIBLE! -Rude / Unhelpful / Dishonest Agents -Dysfunctional App -Gaslighting Customers -REFUSAL to Issue Refunds The interface seems nice, but the call quality cuts in and out and is completely embarrassing and unprofessional for a business line. They will LIE and say whatever they can in order to get you to sign up, and then will GASLIGHT you and pretend not to know their platform has major issues. The IOS / Android apps DO NOT WORK and HAVE NOT WORKED for at least a year. I overlooked this because I wasn't planning on using the app, but then another major feature was inoperable. I asked for a refund, and then was given the run-around. They kept telling me "they'd get back to me in 24 hours". Up until now, I have not received a dime from these SCAMMERS. And the saddest part is that they only owe me about $40! Imagine risking your businesses' reputation for such a low amount! Luckily I paid using Paypal and have already filed a claim. This business is beyond unethical and SHOULD NOT be permitted to operate in the US. I plan to contact the BBB and the FBI - this is INTERNATIONAL FRAUD to the highest degree!

This service is absolutely horrible. We redesigned our web page with our new number and didn't receive a new call for months. They were never able to fix the problem. We redid our site again and removed the "new " call hippo number. We receive several rings with no caller on the line every day. We ask them to cancel and they cannot. So we are stuck getting prank called by call hippo every day. They have cost us thousands of dollars. I would not use their site, their help service is a joke.

I used the service for several months. The problem accured when I decided to cancel it. Although, I cancelled the service they charged me. It took me hours to explain them that they should refund the amount, however they didn't want to refund and reasons were so stupid like you have to cancel it 14 days prior and inform us and so on. Awful customer experience. They are trying to cheat.

I would have put zero stars if possible. I implemented this service for my boss and within 24 hours, I found out information that would no longer need this service. Before paying for the service, I asked if something happened either imminently or in the future, would we be able to be refunded and I was assured I would be. Once I emailed them to apologize for wasting their time, and I needed to cancel, they said they would not issue a refund, even a partial one, when I paid for an annual plan. They continue to call my boss and send him marketing emails even though I unsubscribed him and he asked they no longer call him. I could continue to go on but I will refrain. They are incredibly helpful when it comes to getting your money but once that's complete, they will do nothing to help you, even if they said they would.

The worst and informative sales team. Aggressive. Paid for one full year and, even if they haven't activated our number, they have refused the refund. So they got a full year subscription offering no service!! They support team is a group of incompetent lying kids!

This company should be stayed away at all costs. Lying, cheating, over promise under deliver, whatever you can think of to trick customers, they will do it. When things are not working, they blame the sky, they blame the land, they blame anything and will not take responsibility. DO NOT USE!

Very difficult to cancel your account. The team keeps trying to convince you to stay in return for delayed payment periods.
