This company is a SCAM, a bunch of scammers located in India. Unethical. Unscrupulous. They say they have a location in the US, but it's probably just an empty space they lease just to make it seem like they are actually located here, but NO, everyone is in India. Here's my experience - I was quite impressed at first with their 24/7 support so I had no hesitation signing up. They told me that I could get a custom 1800 number for only $80. It was NEVER communicated to me that this number is NEVER REALLY CUSTOM. While you can come up with a custom number you want, they will assign you a random number unbeknownst to you. I gave them a bunch of options for a 1800 number I was requesting, but I logged into my account and suddenly saw a number I never asked for, then got billed for it. I kept reaching out to support to get a refund only to be told that they will get back to me, but they never do. They tell me that the $80 is non-refundable - which is NOT the issue here - but why charge me $80 for a number I never asked for?? They basically forced it on me. I've reached out to support numerous times only to be told the same thing - that they will send me a follow up. But I never hear back until I reach back out again. I believe they are just waiting for me to get tired and for this issue to blow over. AVOID THESE INDIAN SCAMMERS BY ALL MEANS.

Don't trust marketing guys. They lie for 24x7 support. When there is need they are off on Saturday and Sunday's. I was guaranteed good repetitive number by marketing person as soon as we onboard. They first ask you to onboard and from backend the number will be changed. But that never happens. You have to run from pole to post and they never bother to take feedback. Will surely not recommend this company.

This company deserves a 0 rating, the services are not what they claim in their website and the agents are misleading. I was charged 3 times, I paid a total of $1,134 within minutes of purchase right after they claimed that I will only be charged $378 for an annual plan. Apart from this, the operating system is very poor and slow, calls take a long time to receive and the IVR is awful, you cannot make any calls unless you add more money into the account. I wanted to create a more personalized and less robotic experience with the IVR but it was impossible. Their support team took 2 hours to find a solution for me to add a message to the IVR as simple as "To repeat this message, press 9." After 2 hours waiting for a solution which they stated that I could definitely do this with their operating system, it never happened... I was on hold for 1 1/2 hour via chat and 30 minutes on a Zoom call, which they wanted to have full access of my computer without any policy or consent. Extremely shady! I didn't get any solution and wasted my time. I purchased their service in February 9th and asked for a refund on February 11th, only used the annual plan (charged 3 times) for less than 48 hours, I have sent 2 emails and constant communication with their chat and NO SOLUTION. They are refusing to delete my card information and provide a refund. They keep saying to wait 4-5 business days to find "a solution" but all I want is to cancel the account and get my money back. This is not a real company, they are international scammers. PLEASE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I tried to cancel my account and not only did they charge me, but they also charged me a second time after I asked them for a refund. Most of my initial call credits were used up by wrong numbers soon after I received the service. They send out canned responses to email requests and it takes at least a day to get a simple question answered. Buyer beware and be ready to cancel your credit card that they have on file.

I used call hippo for a year and a half. All of a sudden they charged me hundreds of dollars. They are thieves. UPDATE: They are such liars. If you look at their response (months after I posted the review, they claim they can't find me). My name on the account is the same name I have here and I've spoken with them several times. They are not interested in providing a service, only getting your CC info.

Exactly the same experience as others. Their cancellation function doesn't work. They charged me again after saying they deactivated my account. Absolute fraudsters. Won't refund my money.

just run far away and try other services but not these guys. After you pay it's all downhill. Forget about getting a refund, the time spent trying to get it would have earned you more money if channeled into your business. I was billed twice for an annual subscription when I've only been a customer for only a month, then they refused a refund after I disputed the payment via paypal and then blocked my voip number even though I still had about 11 months left on the 1st subscription with an extra $40 in credit. RUN RUN FAR AWAY.

Purchased this service to try and make calls whilst working remotely abroad. Software did not work and company keep making excuses regarding issuing a refund , would avoid at all costs.
