I supplied all requested information to open an account. After a month of using it, they block my service, apparently because I only use my web domain for emails and I do not have a functioning website. Never before did they request that I have a functioning website or a social media presence. I have a legitimate registered corporation. I have been answering their emails for a few days trying to find a solution, and then they cut me off from my clients without warning, no phone call. Doesn't seem fair or balanced to me.

I find it incredible that a company like CallHippo would go through this length just to keep 200 bucks of payment from us. We activated our line, PAID FOR IT! Topped up minutes. Went through the post sales call, did various calls with support. Were confirmed that onboarding process had finished. And yet it had not. Out of no where, after we sent everyhting to print and changed the number on some licencing paper work, they freeze our account and much worst, THEY SHUT OFF OUR NUMBERS!!!!! And yet, no one answers our emails. We have replied 2 times with all the info and yet nothing. This is SOOOOOO wrong I cannot even begining to express how wrong this is. I hope they enjoyed misstreating us like that and that it was worth loosing their company's status over 200 dollars! Because we lost ours. Thank you so much Call Hippo!!!

Worst service ever. They made me pay upfront for a number in HK they claimed they could provide me with. For whatever reasons they couldn't make it happen and they refuse to proceed to refunds. In addition, they are super expensive and slow compared to their competitors. DO NOT USE THEM!!

One of the worst services we have used. Followed the step-by-step instructions given by their staff Manushi on the phone to add an additional number which should have been included in the subscription. However, we were being charged again and she told us it was a technical error and would get back to us again. There was no follow up and couldn't get to the support team either after. Total scam company. Beware

Extremely shady company. I had to cancel my plan 3 times and they never stopped charging me. A complete scam.

Garbage. I needed a VOIP for the Philippines and needed one as soon as possible. It initially looked like a good deal in which I first, I chose a number and asked for additional documents to be verified, in which took 3 days to confirm, (in which I had to reach out) not 3 minutes. Then in order to have it verified, they said I need to purchase the subscription to get it active. In which I did. $196 for an annual subscription. After purchasing, they said there is an additional $30/month to use the number. I was thrown a-back! More money they wanted for a service I have already purchase because they told me that I needed to get it activated. So now it's useless and overpriced. Even if they have a no-refund policy. I'm still in the midst of complaining how much of a scam this service is. I am livid. The transparency of their services, is little to non-existent. Shameful company and practice.

Would rate 0 if this was possible. Website advertised quick and easy 3 min step (which is oddly specific). I let sales respective know I was pressed for time, so I was really relying on this quick an easy set up they rave about. However only after taking payment they informed me they needed me to provided and verify further documentation (Which is quiet deceitful). I didn't have the time which they knew from the beginning but failed to mention this would be needed. So I asked to please cancel and refund as I hadn't received any product or services at this point. Which they refused and then informed me they have a no refund policy even if you don't get or use the services. So my advise is to stay clear from this company. The lack of transparency in communications with them was very dodgy. There are many providers with the same services and similar prices. Make sure to read their reviews!

Do not use this company for any toll free numbers, they neglect to tell you that you have to pay per minute to receive calls, then when you try to cancel and get a refund, they tell you "sorry, we have a no refund policy "
