STAY AWAY STAY STAY AWAY Pay with VISA only so you can get refunds later not Paypal. They never cancel services, when you try to they send you round in circles, take months to port your number. They were meant to cancel call tracking which never worked, they told me via email that they had cancelled call tracking then they were still charging me for months - 200 US later, they then made me spend 4hrs going around in circles about this issue only to offer a credit note that was useless as I had started porting my number. Absolutely stay away, there are other services that are more reputable and easier to deal with.

Super shady stuff going on. Who distributes exe files with google drive? They have a nice looking front page and dashboard but their web dialer is terrible. Received texts don't show up until you send another text out. Went to download the desktop app to try that and they don't even have a license agreement when you are installing it, it just says 'call hippo'. Backed out of there and did a virus scan and am on my way to cancel the service.

This is an Absolutely Bogus Company . I am a user of their product . Wasted my Money , Custoemr Support Lies through their Teeth - I caught them red handed when they tried to pose their CS Member as a Member of their Development Team .

SCAM ALERT! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! Callhippo is one of the worst services I've ever used in my life. Honestly, they keep on bugging you for US numbers for verification despite of the fact that you've given every verification document to them. Then eventually they cancel the account without any warning and anything with a message that they'll refund the money in 7 days. They money will never come back to be honest.

I would not recommend this company. When we ran into some difficulties and asked them to assist, they basically stated what company policy was and seemed little interested in assisting. Try another company!

My Basic Plan was canceled and my number went dead without notification for two consecutive years. After numerous contacts with Customer Support this year, I am told "The Basic plan has been discontinued. As per the updated plan, it starts with Bronze." This was an outrageous increase in cost per year from $72 to $190 for just a phone number! This company is a disgraceful scam!

CallHippo is a scam. Find another phone service. They canceled my service and will not refund my money. First they said just send an email. I sent an email but they said I must send an email from my info@email. You can't send emails that start with info@, you can only receive emails and I think they know this. I offered to give them my account information and the credit card I used to pay but they had no interest only the email. Their customer service support is absolutely atrocious. I would give them less than a star if I could. Don't waste your time find another service.

Scam. Tried to contact them using their 24/7 support. All they are doing is capturing your information, and not providing any support.
