Terrible company with deceptive billing Be careful when signing up. In very small print they say they have charges outside of the subscription charge and these charges do not appear on their subscription and billing pages.

Numbers not accepted to list anywhere. No refund. Misleading

Terrible customer service and awful call quality. I signed up to callhippo and as I was interested in the power dialer, paid for the mid tier option right away. After trying just a few calls with clients, the call quality was absolutely terrible. Members couldn't hear what I was saying, I was having to repeat myself over and over again on sales calls, and, all in all, had a terrible experience from day 1. I informed them that the call quality was far from what we wanted or expected and so to cancel our account and refund the payment we had literally made that same day. Over 1 week later we are still waiting to a refund. I have just contacted support again to chase this, and have been told that they do not offer refunds. This system is not fit for purpose and you should absolutely avoid this company. There are many other systems out there such as Just Call, who provide a much better service and quality.

Couldn’t get value for what I subscribed to Number wasn’t working I’ve been chatting with some stupid bots they call customer support Just referring me to the sales team. I’m sad because ordinary $20 could mean the whole world to you sometimes, loosing it won’t make you glad. That’s my experience today. *********** I got refunded today. The registration was hell. The numbers didn't work. The system was too complex to operate and I am a tech guy!... I would pay 4 times for a better product that works... the support was really bad. they couldn't explain the situation and didn't give me the manager. Basically, stay away from this company.

👎👎👎 Poor Service, Poor Customer Support 👎👎👎 I went to buy a number for myself, The agent name Vidhi was not supportive enough to provide me with package information and asked irrelevant questions, Then she denies me selling the product and ask me to look for another service. Because of Vidhi, they are losing leads. 👎👎 BIG NOT RECOMMENDED 👎👎

Call Hippo is an absolute scam. I signed up for the 10-day free trial and the dashboard prompted me to pick a number. They then charged my card for an annual plan immediately, no 10-day free trial. I'm now being given the run-around with their support team (who does not pick up the phone), and am being ignored with my support requests to have this resolved. No refund has been issued yet. STAY AWAY. UPDATE: someone said they would be in touch within 24 hours. UPDATE 9/22 - After saying they would resolve within 24 hours it has now been days. Nobody is answering the support line (probably blocked my number), and nobody is answering my emails. Money down the drain and I never even used the service I DID NOT sign up for. LOL absolute scam.

Really poor outfit, staff overcharged when originally agreed to a deal and then kept on overcharging until we bought it to their attention. Decided to cancel subscription as do not want to be dealing with companies who operate like that Please be aware
