Today, I registered on their platform and made several attempts to request the deletion of my account from their database. Guess what? They completely ignored my messages on five occasions, only to claim that they had already canceled my account. I questioned whether their idea of "canceled" meant deleted. Once again, my message was viewed but disregarded. Finally, a new agent appeared and repeated the same process, eventually assuring me that my account would be deleted from their database within 30 minutes. However, it has been four hours since then, and I'm still receiving marketing emails from them. Moreover, they have stopped responding altogether. It's evident that they are fraudulent, so it's best not to trust them any longer. I have screenshots as evidence to support my claims.

Got scammed! Had an annual subscription which I made sure to cancel before the next renewal date. After cancelling my subscription they still proceeded to bill for the following year. On my account and billing page, it states cancelled. I used their chat support to dispute the renewal fee, they sent me a 'magic link' for me to send back to them so they could log in to my account on the pretence of checking my account, after they had logged into my account the subscription was now showing active. Luckily I took a screenshot of my account area before they logged into my account where it says: "CANCELLED. Your subscription has been cancelled. Contact us to reactivate your subscription" The customer support operative just sent template responses stating their policy states that they do not issue refunds. I have had to initiate a chargeback with our bank. Do not go with this company - Terrible company ethics and chat support.

Worst ever customer service, I believe they have college going kids who are trained to reply in one liners book language. There is absolutely no training, no proactiveness nothing in them. Worst customer service ever

Crazy high call rates and far from what they've advertised

Stay away looks very suspicious, signed up as advertised on their website for 10 days free trial and system doesn't work can't make any calls contacted support they told me it's not available.

No refunds available as part of their policy. I signed up to use for calls and text messages. Every text message that you send arrives with the caption "Hello, Please reply STOP to unsubscribe messages". Every text message you send to anyone. This cannot be removed.

I subscribed and then stayed with CallHippo for several months, giving them time to try to fix their issues. I eventually gave up. Integration with my CRM, LACRM, is horrible. I did Zoom type screen sharing meetings with their "support" team twice - over an hour each - where I showed a stopwatch timing how long it took to dial out from my CRM. We were averaging over 35 seconds and many attempts timed out just as it started ringing finally. So, this results in my customers receiving a call from me, getting 2 rings and an apparent hangup --- looks just like a spam call! Caller ID showed EGYPT, rather than Alabama, and on and on. Stay away. Support is horrible and their integrations are even worse.
