They not have ethical method, stole all the people, the service not work..they take you on a meeting, force you pay for features that not work...they not offer refunds.. this is team of indian thieve..yes they are thieve litteraly...! Please people be aware. Please.... you will lose your money...! Team of indian thieves. You cant cancel your account, you cant delete your datas, your card.. any. European lawyer should take legal action to this company of scammers.

Becarful! Looks nice at the beginning, and then you can find many misleadings and when it comes for refund, they told me to cancel a PayPal dispute for get my refund, I canceled and then they gone without to refund me.

We have documentation of continued call drops to the point it was an embarrassment in 2022. We canceled due to repeated lack of service. They refused to issue a refund. What's worse, after our cancellation on 2022, they charged us again in 2023! This is after we had gone 11 months not using them and cancelling their service! And then to autocharge our card the next year?!! Our lawyer is now handling it. Unethical India based company.

Absolute s***! Probably a scam. Don't ever use this service. No replies, no communication. You can't even delete your account, and there is no option. I wrote support, of course, but no answer. I also got some spam calls. Avoid it, run from it.

Bait and Switch. Call Hippo fully understood that I was needing to use their phone and sms service while traveling outside of the US, as a second personal phone line. I barely send or receive 1 text per week through their service, but they cut my sms abruptly saying it can only be used for marketing purposes (which is the MOST risky and abused form of sms usage that exists.) Makes NO sense. Classic bait and switch.

Can't sign up with normal mail instead they insist on using a domain address. Posed a question on chat and spent more than 15 min waiting for a reply. After looking at the reviews here I can see I skipped a bullet..Companies like this have no place trading.
