Hi Bruce Thank you for your feedback. Once a number has been added to the block list they will no longer be able to call you. If you delete/remove a number from the block list it will become un-blocked and will be able to call you again. All our call blockers work in this way. Kind Regards, George CPR Call Blocker

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. There are a few possible causes for this. The first thing to do is to make sure both cables are secured/pushed into the ports all the way, and to also check that there is no dust etc in the ports themselves. If you still encounter the same problem, you will need to put the call blocker into the parallel set-up using the white cable that came with it, to do that : 1. Connect your telephone line cable into the LINE port of the call blocker. 2. Connect the red end of the short white cable into the LINE1 port of the call blocker, and the other/clear end into your phone. Hi Louise, Thanks for your feedback. Please ensure that you have the call blocker connected in the standard set-up. To do that, please follow these steps : 1. Disconnect your telephone line cable from your phone and connect it into the LINE port of the call blocker (this must be your existing line cable and not either of the cables supplied with the call blocker). 2. Connect the short black cable supplied with the call blocker into the TEL port of the call blocker and into your phone. If you are still not able to block using either the "Block Now" button or the #2 feature, then this is normally caused by the call blocker being able to read your caller ID for some reason, please contact our support team so that we can look into this for you. Hi Gary, Thanks for your feedback. There is currently no way to block 100% of spoof callers. I can see you have the V10,000 model call blocker, this model does allow you to set up a white list where you can have it block all calls apart from those from numbers you program into the unit if you wanted to operate it that way.
